Transcripts
We provide transcript templates as a helpful guide in creating your graduate’s personal high school transcript. These templates are meant to support—not dictate—how you document your student’s educational journey.
We fully support the autonomy of homeschool families in Texas and respect each parent’s right to direct their child’s education in the way that best meets their unique needs. These resources are simply here to assist, not to impose.
As a committee, we do not:
Prescribe which specific credits must be included
Evaluate or endorse curriculum choices
Govern your homeschool or educational decisions
Your graduate is a student of your homeschool, and you are fully responsible for assigning credits and issuing the final transcript.
Our role is simply to:
Offer resources to assist with transcript formatting
Ensure that submitted transcripts meet our definition of a homeschooled graduate
Determine eligibility for any distinctions or honors awarded during the ceremony
Provide documentation that reflects a standard generally aligned with Texas state graduation guidelines, to help ensure our ceremony remains legally and academically credible when signed by official representatives
Please take the time to research what’s required for your student’s chosen path—whether college, trade school, military, or career—and tailor your transcript accordingly.
